3patii is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You must submit a copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) before your first withdrawal can be processed. 3patii reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any time and at its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patii login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 3patii accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify 3patii support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts in the User's verified name and are subject to completion of KYC verification. 3patii maintains strict anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed by 3patii, it is binding. 3patii reserves the right to void bets where odds have been offered in manifest error, where sporting integrity concerns are identified, or where technical errors have caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
In-play and live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time by 3patii without prior notice, including in response to game events or technical issues. Bets placed on suspended markets prior to confirmation are void. Delays between real-world events and market suspension are a known characteristic of live betting and do not constitute grounds for dispute by the User.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with 3patii support in English within 30 days of the event's conclusion. After this period, settlements are considered final. 3patii's decision on disputed bets is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
Casino games and slot titles available on 3patii use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time from certified studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request and reflect long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patii, its directors, employees, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from interrupted service, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
3patii makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3patii's total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total net deposits made to that User's account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3patii is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
3patii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via account notification or by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
